Returns & Cancellation
Are returns accepted?
We do not accept returns since all our items are handmade to your specific print and sizing needs. Please refer to our sizing guide located in all our product listings prior to placing an order to ensure correct sizing.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at Wildkaiko@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. In your email, please include a photo of the item and a detailed explanation.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order up to 5 hours after placing it for a full refund. After 5 hours, we are unable to cancel and refund your order, since all items are handmade to order.
Shipping & Processing Times
When will my order ship?
Our current processing time is 3-5 business days. Processing time is the time it takes to handcraft your order.
This does not include shipping time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are only shipping within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
All shipping rates and time vary depending on the service chosen at check-out. Typically orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
Please keep in mind, shipping services may experience delays due to weather or other unexpected circumstance.
What happens if I put the wrong address?
If the shipping address entered during checkout is incorrect, please email us as soon as possible. We may be able to update your address if your package has not shipped.
If the package is returned to us (Wild Kaiko) due to an invalid shipping address, you will be responsible for newly incurred shipping charges. A new label will need to be created and paid for in order for us to reship your package.
